Description:

As the Director, DC Operations, you'll oversee and optimize distribution center operations to ensure efficient and effective processes. You'll be responsible for a variety of duties including managing logistics, inventory control, workforce planning, and implementing best practices to improve productivity and safety.

• Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities to meet company standards and goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team to drive efficiency and accountability.
• Optimize inventory control and accuracy through effective management practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain and logistics strategies.
• Maintain budget control and cost optimization for distribution operations.
• Implement process improvements and leverage technology for enhanced efficiency.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in distribution center management or logistics.
