Store Manager

Description:

As a Store Manager, you'll lead a team dedicated to creating an extraordinary shopping experience. You'll oversee all store operations, including customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards while ensuring a safe and engaging work environment.

• Supervise and lead store associates to achieve sales and service goals.
• Physically unload trucks and check in products according to company procedures.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked according to visual standards, schematics, pricing guidelines, and productivity and safety standards.
• Maintain the stockroom and sales floor organization and standards.
• Adhere to all company loss prevention policies, procedures, and distressed merchandise handling.
• General housekeeping as directed by management.
• Assist customers utilizing World Market service standards and represent the World Market brand.
• Manage cashiering functions according to customer service guidelines and register procedures.

What You'll Bring

• A leadership mindset with a passion for team development and exceptional customer service.
• 2+ years of experience in retail management preferred.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive sales.
• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience.

Full-time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave.

Additionally, full-time associates receive vacation and paid holidays.
