What will you do?

A day in the life of a Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs at VF looks a little like this.

As the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs, you will have the unique and important opportunity to represent VF to thousands of potential employees and consumers. You will shape and impact their first impressions of VF through our hiring process, company objectives and brand foundations. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute impactful early career programs as well as seek new ways to innovate existing programs. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will enable the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless process to hiring managers and candidates in an impactful manner with a particular focus on managing early career, internship and university programs.

  • Program Management: Talent Acquisition Ownership of early career, internship, and university recruitment programs. This includes summer internships, traineeships, and apprenticeships. Partner closely and communicate regularly with leaders from various departments.

  • University Relations: Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions to support recruitment efforts. Plan and execute attendance at career fairs and other recruitment events.

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate recruitment projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across brand and function goals.

  • Employer Branding: Assist Talent Acquisition Leaders in driving employer branding initiatives to attract and engage diverse, qualified talent. Ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless digital candidate experience across LinkedIn, Workday, and company career sites.

  • Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless candidate lifecycle experience by providing candidate tours, handling travel accommodations, and addressing any additional needs that may arise.

  • Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency across the TA team, including ways to improve our employer brand and candidate experience.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and additional assignments as needed.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3+ years of experience and professional achievements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leveraging project management tools.

  • Ability to establish timeframes, budgets, and support special projects.

  • Experience in managing relationships and ensuring project goals are attained.

Hiring Range :

$72,576.00 USD - $90,720.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
